KaleidEscape official parade at MSFW 2008

No you are not reading it wrong…and my spell check isn’t broken. The title of this MSFW parade was indeed “KaleidEscape” (as opposed to kaleidoscope) reflecting the myriad of colours in warmer weather wardrobes and that sense of promising freedom that the spring breeze carries upon it. The models for this show strutted on possibly the prettiest runway ever created (thanks to the Flower Temple) with foliage and fragrant blooms bringing life to an often stagnant catwalk. A dream line up of labels included Anna Thomas, Cohen et Sabine, Fleur Wood, Ginger & Smart, Gorman and Mad Cortes. I think winter allows you to dress creatively and really impress, however spring is a time where the wardrobe you choose becomes part of your lifestyle – who wants to be tied down and fussing about when the sun is beaming down? Take a look at photos of a parade that may give you some inspiration on how to dress to live this season;
