Make Me Melt

Melt Massage for Couples videos

They say all you need is love. So, for years I like to think that Emma and Denis Merkas have been making Melbourne a better place through the language of touch, by teaching couples’ the art of how to give a really good massage via live group workshops. Now – a few years and a little Pozible campaign later – they have spread the love to every continent in the world bar Antarctica with the introduction of their new massage videos.

Shot in an L.A. studio with twinkling city lights as the backdrop, the film “looks beautiful, it looks classy and we felt it would be so easy for massage to go so wrong. You’ve got all that oil and flesh and all those YouTube videos that look sketchy and we wanted to stay far away from that” says Emma.

Last night, at good friend and fashion designer Jason Grech’s atmospheric North Melbourne studio, the duo celebrated the official launch of their Melt: Massage for Couples videos. The soiree was littered with elements other than massage that would make most people melt: gooey artisan cheeses, bespoke martinis and sweet treats.  Essentially the ingredient that make for a really good night in.
