Dreaming of a Pink Christmas

A bust of Winston Churchill, fox figurines and top-hat adorned tinsel were on hand to officially launch British label Thomas Pink’s first Australian store today. The label’s namesake was a tailor who created red overcoats for the masters of 18th century foxhunts. Nowadays, as part of the LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton family, Thomas Pink is more known for classic shirting in silk and linens. The rest of the range complements this old-school, board-meeting vibe with cufflinks (including delightful silver foxes and bulldogs), a rainbow spectrum of ties and Ralph Lauren-esque polo shirts. I hear whispers the women’s range will be expanding in store soon. Not being over familiar with until now (I have been remiss in visiting London) I was heartened to overhear props for the label at the sales counter; “I love you guys. I’m so glad you’re here.”

Get your pink on. Find Thomas Pink at 357 Collins Street, Melbourne.
