MSFW: City Square Runway 3 Review

Review has fully embraced one of Spring’s major trends – pastels – and reinforced the theme’s sweet as pie image with a sprinkling of pleats, bows and lace overlays. This season, I feel as if Review has found a happy medium in the space between fellow feminine labels Forever New and Alannah Hill. Simple frocks that lean towards 50’s and 60’s styles in shifts, full skirts and tea dresses are sure to be headed for the racetrack or fanciful high teas. It may leave me with a Clueless-style toothache, but I do see much merit in celebrating prettiness and being ladylike in this current fashion climate of Gaga-induced attention seeking eccentricity.
