Candice Lake snaps MBFWA for Fashion Gallery at eBay

I was lucky to meet model-turned-photographer-slash-blogger Candice Lake late last year. Her innate sense of style struck me immediately. Her look is slightly offbeat without being self-conscious and she favours a contemporary form of classic dressing over being trend-driven. This is a balance I strive for in my own wardrobe. Her style and eye must have caught the attention of the team at eBay’s Fashion Gallery too, as they have snapped her up to partner with them at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia (MBFWA) this week.

The Australian beauty (now based in London) will be working a different piece direct from the Fashion Gallery at eBay into her outfits for each day of Fashion Week. She’s also playing photographer; capturing the best of street style among the editors, buyers, bloggers, socialites and fashionable types attending the catwalk shows. “Candice’s experience both in front of and behind the camera and her eye for fashion are incredible. We can’t wait to see who captures her attention,” explains Jo-Ann Hicks, Head of Fashion eBay Australia & New Zealand
