The Paris end of Collins street, the Block arcade, Hosier lane and various alleyways and rooftops of Melbourne doubled as a European-style cityscape for Bellechasse‘s latest fashion shoot recently. I was invited to shadow the creative team and very brave model Teisha Lowry as they traversed the CBD for the guerilla-style adventure; one that literally stopped some passers by in their tracks with whispers of “who is she?”. Answer: She is the Beautiful Huntress.

So how do you get away with posing in what are essentially sweet nothings during peak hour? A “just do it” attitude and a SPF 30+ sunscreen certainly come in handy. As would (I’d suggest if Lowry wasn’t such a consummate professional) a decent nip of brandy.
