The Fashion Fund

It has come that time of the grinding week where I start pondering about what to do on the weekend. My best suggestion for fashionable types this time around? Visit The Fashion Fund.

Launching this weekend by fledgling volunteer-run not-for-profit organisation We Don’t Care Inc. (a.k.a Samuel Koh, David Goode and Matthew Sim), The Fashion Fund will fund-raise for homelessness in Victoria as part of WDC’s wider agenda as an initiative for young people to get involved with social causes.

The free public event will be held on the main stage at Federation Square this Saturday 24th September from 10.30am -7.30pm.

The Fashion Fund is essentially a market featuring amazing donated items from the likes of designers Marc Jacobs, Claude Maus, Topman, Hugo Boss, Hermes and Ksubi. The event will also feature live music, refreshments and competitions. They’ve also put together this very nice fashion shoot to promote The Fashion Fund for your enjoyment (just return the favour and shop up a storm this Saturday).
