Friend of Mine‘s Rosemount Australian Fashion Week Show kicked off with white lace, leather harnesses, itsy bitsy bleached denim shorts and a vintage, rock and roll attitude. In keeping with the youthful rebellious look hair director Philip Barwick for Redken says the look, “has some real cheek about it”. So let’s transport our tresses back to the era of Woodstock; sing it with me, “haaaaair, flow it, show it”.
This hairstyle is all about thick, lustrous locks (blow dry and barrel curl for a full effect) with just a little residual kink and a retro centre part. One of those styles that looks carefree but actually takes a little work to achieve.
