Last night – among a haze of macarons, cupcakes, vino, tiny dogs and ooh, even La Mer - Cecylia presented a preview of their fashion collections for the Autumn Winter 2011 season. The High Street Armadale boutique has a philosophy of being uncompromising when it comes to pleasing clients; they stock international collections as they hit in Europe (a rare thing) so no Australian styleophile has to wait half a year for coveted pieces. They’ve even been known to return pieces to the designer for slight tweaking in accordance with clients wishes. Cecylia is also the only Australian stockist for many of the labels on their hangers, so if you can never seem to find anything different, here’s your next destination…
Cecylia’s ability to scour the globe for unique, quality design is evident in the labels on the runway; Grecian Sophia Kokosalaki, Germany’s Antonia Goy, alldressedup from Singapore, Londoners sister act Felder Felder and Australians Bento (with their first ever collection) and new cashmere label Rebecca McGeoch.

Plenty of reasons to visit Cecylia and little furry Theodore at 1113 High Street in Armadale.
