Overcast skies & whistling winds meant the yachts didn’t set sail yesterday yet Sail Melbourne still saw a merry crew of lovelies for lunch at Ladies Day.
The Sandringham Yacht club hosted a stylish feast to celebrate the sporting event and in aid of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation‘s quest to discover an early detection test.
We were treated to a fashion show featuring designs by wonderful, mostly local labels such as Anna Campbell, Modern Lovers, Ever Layne, Tobey, Miss Lyndel Yeo, Eva Q, Made in Donald and even Helly Hansen’s sailing wear. If the footwear takes your fancy they are by Orbit and Verali and the glamorous accessories were by Joolz and Bird millinery.
Fingers crossed for mild weather as the finals for Sail Melbourne cast off this Saturday…
