Key pieces suggested included:

Double denim: not in an 80s overly matching sense but perhaps a great fitting chambray shirt, pared back with a darker wash denim and a pair of slouch biker boots for an edgy urban look.

The summer knit: a fine long sleeved knit, teamed with a pair of cuffed chinos or “tabbed up shorts”.

The dress short: pared back with a light summer knit for a more relaxed look or a shirt for a chic effortless look.

The polo: Fernando deems “a great slim fitting polo” a must have this season to be worn dressed down or up.

When asked about other trends set to be huge for SS10, Fernando says “Chinos are huge. I’m loving a boat shoe, so like a leather moccasin and jewellery for men. I think men are more happy to experiment with jewellery than ever before.”
