  1. I am looking forward to seeing the designer series show 4.

The mix of designers are all young up and coming brands, most are also based in Melbourne. the reason show 4 also appeals to me is that the majority of the designers have mens wear, which makes it alot funner for myself as I can go and purchase the clothes on the runway, because most of the time the labels that show are only women.

  4. Hi!
I too am looking forward to the student showcase. The designers take risks and break new ground with textiles and the way in which we wear clothes – it is facinating to see what the future might hold!

  5. Cool! I am looking forward to the Designer Series and also Miss Money Penny’s event on the Tuesday night.

  6. I love the students, love to see what the young new fresh approach will be bringing to the fashion world. Students are free thinking and want to really make a statement.

    Cheers

RMIT Student Series is definitely way up on my agenda. I thought the theme “Dangerous Goods” was a brilliant merge of creativity and eccentricity; shows a fresh view on fashion- hopefully these new ideas are successfully pulled off. After all, fashion is all about experimenting and everchanging. I for one, am brimming with excitement!

  9. I’ve entered to be a catwalk model for the Melbourne Spring Fashion Week – hopefully I will be picked, that will definitely be something to look forward to…as long as I’m not ‘Fashion Roadkill’ as per Carrie on Sex and the City!!!

  10. I’m actually rather looking forward to Fashion Exposed’s Trend Forecast Seminars. I hope to receive my complimentary tickets from them soon. Will be attending Fashion Exposed, and there’s plenty of local businesses and designers to check out. :)

Kimono House Japanese Textile Workshop- I’m obsessed with anything Japanese at the moment so to be able to fiddle around with some traditional japanese textiles gets me weak at the knees
