Spring [singlepic id=16623 w=320 h=240 float=right] sees yet more girly delights from high street label Forever New. Continuing to embody all that is feminine, their latest launch was set among the grand surrounds of Elsternwick’s historic Rippon Lea Mansion.
Prematurely casting off winter’s chill, Forever New’s Spring collection features a profusion of florals from modern digital prints, to vintage-inspired hand-painted versions and petal embellishments made from ribbon. Block colours of ice blue, lilac and mint made an impact as did a couple of seriously cute playsuits (there’s a sentence I never thought I’d type) with polkadots.
Casual wear veered into the realm of 70′s Americana with crocheted pieces, faded denim, clunky wedges and prairie style maxis. There were also some highly wearable accessories bound for the upcoming spring racing carnival; I’ll be checking out their sheer black floppy brimmed hat and their sparkling silver rose neckpiece for adornments trackside.
You can peek at all the new Forever New styles below along with Delta Goodrem’s charming performance on the evening.
